Residential Rate
There is a monthly customer charge of $30/month. In addition to that our energy charges are broken down as follows:
- All kWh - $.096
Electric Heat Rate
A special rate is available for electric heat from October 1st through April 30th. A sub-meter fee of $3/month applies. The energy charge for all kWh usage is $.055. Electric Heat can be any 240 volt Electric heat source such as heat pumps electric baseboards, furnaces, boilers, and fireplaces.
*Sub-meter socket ($100.00) and any associated wiring and/or electrician costs are the responsibility of the member.
